1.1 Platform: "Platform" refers to the integrated services of NetLynxs Review Directory and NetLynxs Digital Business Card, accessible via our website and/or mobile applications.
1.2 User: "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
1.3 Subscriber: "Subscriber" refers to any User who registers for paid features or subscriptions on the Platform.
1.4 Content: "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, reviews, QR codes, digital business card designs, and other data submitted, generated, or displayed on the Platform.
To access or use the NetLynxs platform (the "Platform"), you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
By accessing or using the Platform, you explicitly affirm that you meet all of these eligibility criteria. If you do not meet these requirements, you must cease use of the Platform immediately. NetLynxs reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform or to terminate your account if it discovers that you do not meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Platform provides features to create and manage digital business cards, including:
5.1 Free Trial: The Platform offers a free 30-day trial for certain features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
5.2 Paid Subscriptions: After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
5.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments through third-party services like Stripe, Wave, and others. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
5.4 Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided unless required by law or explicitly stated.
6.1 Ownership:
You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
6.2 Prohibited Content:
You agree not to upload or share Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
7.1 Ownership:
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and designs, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9.1 Termination by You:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. However, no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
9.2 Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the Platform or other Users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, Ontario. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Toronto.
